Labels - A MUST in Kindergarten!

If you're starting to get your items together for "BACK TO SCHOOL" time, don't forget your labels. Labeling your child's items brought to school is a great way to make sure that they can be returned to them if they are misplaced. That way they can make it back home and do not become a permanent fixture on our "LOST AND FOUND" table.

What should I label?
- Indoor Shoes
- Outdoor Shoes
- Coats (all coats sent to school)
- Hats (winter and sun)
- Mittens
- Sweatshirts (these get taken off when a child is too hot, and are often discarded and misplaced).
- Emergency Clothes for your child's "Emergency Clothes Kit" (socks, underwear, pair of pants,T-Shirt)
- ALL lunch containers!!!!!!
- water bottles/juice containers
- Lunch bag
- Back pack

Did you know that Sir William Osler Public School has partnered with "Mabel's Labels" as a fundraising effort? You can purchase label items from "Mabel's Labels" and a portion will be donated to Sir William Osler Public School! I use these labels ALL the time on EVERYTHING. They are dishwasher and machine-wash/dryer safe. They last for years and make sure that your items can be returned to their owners.
