March Activities

Here are some activities from the Month of MARCH.

Learning about how pioneers carry tree sap to make Maple Syrup.
Learning how they boil the sap to make Maple Syrup.
This is what maple tree sap looks like.  It tastes like "woody water."
Watching the sap drip into the collection bucket.
We got to drill a maple tree to "tap it".
 Hammering in the spile.
Having pancakes and syrup in our classroom.
 Yummy pancakes.
 Golden pancakes.
We were visited by a mischievous leprechaun.
 The leprechaun upturned our furniture.
That tricky leprechaun left his green little foot prints everywhere.

We tasted Shamrock Shakes.
